FIELD SUPERVISOR – Rotating Schedule

Job Type: Full-time Rotating

Schedule:

Sunday-Monday 7AM-3PM/ Tuesday-Wednesday 3PM-11PM

Pay: $20.00

What You’ll Do:
As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity.
• Protect company property and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned premises.
• Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious behavior, or unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents as needed.
• Write clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
• Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and used according to policy during patrols.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• At least 2 year of security experience required.
• At least 2 year of supervisor experience required.
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
• Valid Guard Card (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License (Required for patrol officers).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Fluent in English (bilingual candidates preferred).
