Job Title: Armed Security Officer – Dispensary (Part-Time)

Location: La Mesa, CA

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Onguard Security is hiring an Armed Security Officer for a dispensary in La Mesa, CA. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and professional individual to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate must have experience in security, be able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible armed presence to deter illegal activity and ensure the safety of the dispensary.
• Monitor the premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure security.
• Control access to the facility and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents according to established protocols.
• Work closely with dispensary staff and be a team player.
• Be available to work double shifts if needed.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid BSIS CA Guard Card.
• Must possess a BSIS Firearms Permit.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work double shifts if necessary.
