Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
– Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, access control, and access control protocols.
– Handle mail and package deliveries and maintain an organized front desk area.
– Address and resolve resident concerns and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
– Collaborate with management and team members to ensure a smooth operation and an exceptional living experience.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service roles is preferred.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with residents and guests.
– Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexible availability for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
– Proficient in using computer systems and technology related to access control and communication.
