Job Title: Full-Time Ambassador

Location: Lux/Towers (with cross-training at Electra)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Full-Time Ambassador to support our Ambassador team at the Lux/Towers site. This role will also be cross-trained at the Electra site after onboarding and initial training at Lux/Towers. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and adaptable across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors

Provide exceptional customer service and support daily site operations

Assist the Ambassador team as needed across Lux/Towers

Cross-train and provide coverage support at the Electra site when required

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Follow company policies, procedures, and site-specific protocols

Qualifications

Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and flexible

Willingness to cross-train and work at multiple locations
