Unarmed Security Officer ($21hr) (La Jolla) (CA)

Schedule 2:30PM to 11PM Saturday – Wednesday

Full-Time

Our unarmed guards provide outstanding customer service and possess strong communication skills. They are trained to handle crisis situations on-site effectively and calmly. This position requires proficiency in writing and reading daily activity reports. As an unarmed guard, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a strong and professional presence
• Enforcing contract standards
• Upholding employment guidelines
• Administering site safety programs that outline site-specific hazards in accordance with post-orders

Required Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
• MUST HAVE PROOF OF RESIDENCY
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
• MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS PER SHIFT
• MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY
• MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL-GROOMED
• MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
• MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• MUST HAVE A VALID CPR CERTIFICATION
