SD City: Security Patrol Officer (Overnight) – $21.14hr

• Saturday: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

Allstate Security is seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers for the San Diego Concourse. Our officers provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Security officers must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to respond to situations calmly and efficiently. This position also requires the ability to complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Enforce site rules, contract standards, and company policies
• Conduct routine patrols of the facility
• Monitor for suspicious activity and respond to incidents as needed
• Follow post orders and site safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Guard Card (Required)
• Ability to pass a government background check
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior security experience
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
