Monday – Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Wednesday – Thursday: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Position Summary

Allstate Security is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, support security personnel, and ensure exceptional service across assigned client sites. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, conducting site inspections, mentoring officers, and responding to operational needs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision

• Supervise and support security officers across multiple client locations.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with post orders, company policies, and uniform standards.
• Respond to incidents, client concerns, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate officer performance.
• Complete field inspections, reports, and corrective action documentation as needed.

Operational Support

• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and emergency shift coverage.
• Maintain communication with Operations, HR, and Recruiting regarding staffing and performance.
• Support onboarding, field training, and new employee orientation.
• Ensure all officers maintain compliance with BSIS requirements and company standards.

Training & Development

• Conduct site-specific training and post order reviews.
• Provide performance coaching and remedial training when necessary.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Active California BSIS Guard Card required.
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites as needed.

Work Environment

This position is field-based and requires frequent travel between client locations. The Field Supervisor must be comfortable working independently, responding to operational needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and security personnel.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to drive throughout the assigned service area.
