Security Officer (Downtown San Antonio)

We are currently hiring highly motivated Security Officers to be part of the TAP SECURITY Team. Schedule:

1st shift:

• 6:00 am to 10:00 am

2nd shift:

• 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

3rd shift:

• 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States 21 years of age or older
• Education requirements: Possess high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Any of the following: 3 years security, 3 years military, 6 years customer service, College Diploma
• Pass a physical to include; standing, lifting, walking, psych evaluation & medical assessment
• Pass a background screening which includes: fingerprints for criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test and interviews.
• CPR/First aid certified preferred

Job Description:

• Standing and walking for duration of shift
• Securing the facility, access control, space counts
• Conducting tours on site every 30 minutes
• Must be technology proficient for electronic daily activity reports
• Must have reliable transportation
• Security Officer must handle situations efficiently following company’s SOP’s
