Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patrols of designated premises using CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and physical inspections to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems continuously to identify potential threats or breaches in real-time.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or disturbances, applying conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Perform detailed investigations as a Private Investigator, gathering evidence and documenting findings with clarity and accuracy.
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees while maintaining detailed logs of all entries and exits.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being during emergencies until professional medical assistance arrives.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, sharing information and supporting investigations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain comprehensive reports of daily activities, incidents, surveillance observations, and investigative findings for record-keeping and review purposes.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in surveillance techniques using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools.
• Certification or training in first aid, CPR, conflict management, or loss prevention is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, access control procedures, and incident response strategies.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while making quick decisions that prioritize safety.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, law enforcement officials, and the public professionally.
