Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
- Fill out courtesy staff log book;
- Make frequent rounds of property observing and making sure all doors are secured properly
- Work directly with residents and family members on any of their concerns;
- Follow emergency procedures and all safety guidelines;
- Maintain courtesy staff golf cart;
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Proficient in all Life Safety Code issues;
- Inspect all areas of Independent Living building
- Be aware of resident’s locations at all times.
The hours for this position are: 6:00pm-6aMidnight
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school graduate or GED. Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Training and Experience: Some security type experience preferred, but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Certifications and Licenses: Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
- Job Knowledge: Computer knowledge helpful. Knowledge of MSDS and Life Safety Codes.
- Military background helpful.
- Valid Drivers license
