Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
– Maintain a clean and organized front-end area

• Positioned at all doors wearing a distinctive uniform.
• They are very well-trained for the post and should know every regulation.
• Must maintain control of access and club entry lines.
• ID verification for legal age prior to admission.
• Verify prior to entry that the person is not obviously intoxicated.
• Verify that the person is not carrying a weapon or contraband.
• Performs pat downs/bag checks when needed
• Enforce the dress code and refuse objectionable attire.
• Must prevent admittance to those who have been banned or who have caused trouble inside the club.
• Direct communication with bouncers and management.
• Must control egress traffic from entering the club at closing time.
