Airport Security Parking is a family owned and operated business established in 1969. Our goal is to provide San Antonio and South Texas with a friendly airport parking. By providing excellent customer service in an organized atmosphere, our customers can begin their travels relaxed and worry free.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Security

· Provide an alert and vigilant presence that deters crime

· Patrol area on foot

· Monitor outside areas for unauthorized personnel

· Monitor vehicles entering/exiting gates

· Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns

· Respond quickly to critical situations

· Report security violations, questionable activities, and emergencies to management immediately

· Control traffic and parking by directing customers

· Approach vehicles “that appear to be lost” and offer your assistance

· Prepare accurate reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, maintain daily written logs as required by the post

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Customer Service

· Greet customers entering/exiting gates

· Be alert to customer’s needs and provide excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner

Organization and Communication

· Ability to communicate well and work closely with management

· Problem solving skills with a desire to follow through

· Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

· Good record keeping and organizational skills with attention to detail

Team Work

· Work with fellow employees in a team environment but also be able to work independently

Work Experience:

Previous security experience

Previous customer service experience

Work well with others

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong and friendly customer service focus

Proactive with a professional attitude

Flexible and able to work quickly, when necessary

Willing to work in all weather conditions

Additional Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle

Drug/Alcohol free

Clean driving record

High school Diploma/GED

Have reliable transportation

Ability to work flexible schedules

Smoke free

Clean cut and professional appearance
