Windom Security is seeking professional and reliable Event Security Officers for a major 4th of July event in the Phoenix area. This is a temporary 4-day assignment with the opportunity to be considered for future event security assignments throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Control access points and monitor event entrances
• Conduct bag checks and credential verification as assigned
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue
• Assist with crowd management and guest safety
• Respond to incidents and document observations
• Work closely with event staff, law enforcement, and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing event policies

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card (Required)
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the event
• Ability to work all scheduled event days preferred

Compensation

• $19.00 per hour
• Opportunity for overtime depending on event needs
• Priority consideration for future Windom Security event assignments
• Potential opportunities for additional temporary and permanent security positions following the event

Schedule

• 4th of July Event Assignment
• Four consecutive event days
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available
