Field Supervisor/Patrol Driver

Overview ((Security supervisor experience is required))

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Driver/Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or loss prevention, with a focus on surveillance and conflict management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to monitor security measures and identify potential risks.
• Manage and train security personnel, providing guidance on best practices in surveillance and conflict resolution.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and documenting findings.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and personnel performance evaluations.

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
• Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills for team management.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
