Mobile Security Patrol Driver – Day, Night & Weekend Shifts

United Security is seeking qualified, dependable, and professional Security Patrol Drivers to perform mobile courtesy patrol services at various properties throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

We currently have three part-time positions available, including weekday daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts. Each position involves operating a company-provided patrol vehicle to conduct scheduled property inspections, document observations, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.

These are growing patrol routes with opportunities for additional hours as our services expand. Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Available Positions

Position 1: Day Shift Mobile Patrol Driver

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Shift Length: 4 hours

Position 2: Night Shift Mobile Patrol Driver

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Shift Length: 4 hours

Position 3: Weekend Day Shift Mobile Patrol Driver

• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
• Shift: Daytime, 4 hours per day
• Hours: 8 hours per week
• Shift Length: 4 hours

Additional Position Details

• Company-provided patrol vehicle
• Vehicle Pickup/Drop-off Location: 31st Avenue & Thomas Road, Phoenix
• Scheduling Flexibility: Some flexibility available for qualified candidates
• Growth Opportunity: Additional hours may become available as patrol routes expand

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled mobile courtesy patrols at assigned properties throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
• Inspect properties for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, safety hazards, and property damage.
• Complete accurate and detailed electronic patrol reports.
• Document incidents and observations with photographs when appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and other personnel.
• Follow established patrol procedures, post orders, and company policies.
• Safely operate and maintain a company-provided patrol vehicle.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent United Security positively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Security Guard License (required)
• Valid Arizona Driver License
• Clean 36-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone)
• Active Zelle account required for gas reimbursements
• Excellent report writing skills
• Silvertrac experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Maintain a professional appearance and properly wear the company uniform
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Have reliable transportation to and from the vehicle pickup location
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to operate a tablet, computer, and smartphone
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
• Be available to work their assigned schedule consistently

Physical Requirements

With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly. Duties include occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are required, including climbing stairs, walking on uneven terrain, and navigating inclines.

The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds.
