Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard’s o join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Open house September 30, 2025 11:00am-3:00pm

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• A valid security guard certificate or equivalent training is preferred.
