Job Description:

We are seeking experienced unarmed Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment at our Arizona retail center. Responsibilities include conducting property and perimeter patrols in a company provided vehicle, performing inspections and checkpoints, reporting maintenance issues or damages, and observing and reporting any incidents. Training is provided on company policies, hazard recognition, report writing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by assessing situations and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles, parking lots, and surrounding areas to detect signs of theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and security observations for reporting purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE VALID AZ GUARD CARD
• MUST BE ABOVE THE AGE OF 23 TO OPERATE VEHICLE
• MUST HAVE VALID AZ DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• Prior experience in security or related field preferred
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills, written skills, and ability to multitask
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $20.00 per hour
