SIA Security Officers – Baller League Football Event (2 Days Work – Potential Ongoing)

About the Role

We are recruiting professional SIA-licensed Security Officers to form part of an 8-person team delivering security for a Baller League football fixture.

This is a high-energy sporting environment requiring strong presence, professionalism and teamwork. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and controlled atmosphere for players, staff and spectators.

This role is initially for two confirmed event dates only. However, strong performance, reliability and professionalism may lead to ongoing fixtures and more permanent deployment opportunities.

Event Dates & Logistics

Sunday 22nd February – Westway Sports Centre (W10)

• 09:00 start
• Officers must be able to arrive in West London early morning

Sunday 1st March – Manchester Fixture

• Early morning meeting point in West London
• Team travel via organised transport (coach/bus) to Manchester
• Full shift completed on site
• Return to London same day

Punctuality is critical due to early deployment times.

Responsibilities

• Access control and accreditation checks
• Managing entry and exit points
• Monitoring crowd behaviour and pitch-side areas
• Supporting safe crowd flow
• Incident response and reporting
• Working under direction of Event Supervisor

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
• Previous event or sports security experience preferred
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a structured team
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
• Reliable for early morning starts
