Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations for a high-profile client site in the San Jose area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in team management, scheduling, and operational compliance. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both client representatives and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and supervision for all site security operations.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily assignments using TrackTik or other workforce management software.
  • Monitor officer performance, ensuring professional conduct, compliance with company policies, and adherence to client expectations.
  • Maintain and audit all site documentation, including incident reports, logs, and compliance records.
  • Pull and analyze reports through TrackTik to identify trends, operational gaps, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong communication with the client and company leadership to ensure service quality and issue resolution.
  • Conduct site inspections and security audits to verify adherence to safety, access control, and compliance standards.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and officers to support ongoing professional development.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a calm, professional manner.
  • Ensure all reporting and documentation are accurate, detailed, and submitted promptly.
  • Support administrative functions, including email correspondence, data entry, and scheduling updates using Google Suite.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while upholding professionalism and accountability across all shifts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within security operations.
  • Strong understanding of security compliance, procedures, and post order management.
  • Proficiency with TrackTik or similar scheduling and reporting platforms.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and professional email communication.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Valid security guard license/guard card as required by California law.
  • Valid driver’s license and clearance to drive (clean driving record preferred).
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
