Security Lead Patrol Officer – $20

Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for an experienced, skilled and professional unarmed security guard for our roving patrol services.

Schedule – Wednesday to Sunday: Nightshift – 10:30pm to 6:30am – $20/hour.

We are a drug free company. We also require a clean DMV for driving positions.

Skills Required:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English.
• Previous security / law enforcement experience required
• Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports.
• Exercise good judgment and implement instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
• Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
• Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Professional appearance
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Other Requirements:

• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Unexpired Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by DPS
• Cell phone for business use
• Must be 21 years of age
