What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative at ASG, you will:

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting
• Educate homeowners on home security and smart automation solutions
• Present customized solutions that fit customer needs
• Close sales and guide customers through the installation process
• Maintain a professional presence while representing the ASG brand
• Track leads and sales activity using company tools and apps
• Continuously improve through daily training and mentorship

Compensation

This role is 100% performance-based compensation with uncapped commission.

Typical earnings range:

• Entry Level: $50,000 – $80,000
• Experienced Reps: $80,000 – $150,000+
• Top Performers: $200,000+
