Job Description

As a Security Officer – Warehouse Patrol in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced tech and telecom location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide customer-focused assistance to employees and visitors. You will document observations, communicate clearly, and escalate concerns through established procedures, delivering reliable service with integrity, teamwork, and an agile, people-first approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete detailed reports and logs regarding patrol activity, access control actions, incidents, and maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
