Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an armed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. This post requires an Armed Guard Card or License. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, yards, parking lots, and perimeter fencing, checking doors, gates, and/or critical assets for unusual conditions that may help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage vehicle and delivery traffic, and document arrivals, departures, and/or restricted area access per post orders.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed and in accordance with use of force policies and training.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, maintain security-related equipment, and communicate clearly via radio and/or phone to support shift coverage and escalation protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
