Armed Security Officer – One day event

ALK Global Security is seeking a highly professional, qualified individual for an upcoming high-profile wedding in Phoenix, AZ, with additional opportunities for advancement within our rapidly growing company. This position requires a candidate who can provide top-tier protection while maintaining a polished, guest-friendly appearance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Benefits: Available for consistent team members after 90 days.

Role Summary

As a Security Professional for ALK Global, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients’ most important milestones. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, you will monitor premises, manage conflicts, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You must be able to balance tactical readiness with elite customer service to ensure a seamless experience for wedding guests and vendors.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of armed security, law enforcement, or relevant military experience.
• Discreet Professionalism: Must be able to effectively conceal a firearm while wearing a professional suit and tie.
• Required Equipment: Must own and carry at least two "less-than-lethal" tools—specifically Handcuffs and Pepper Spray at a minimum.
• Attire: Must be able to provide and wear a clean, well-fitted suit and tie (matching the wedding’s formal aesthetic).
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation and be highly dependable (punctuality is non-negotiable).

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• De-escalation: Exceptional ability to use verbal communication to resolve conflicts quietly and professionally.
• Customer Service: Maintain a polite and helpful demeanor while acting as a vigilant security presence.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (e.g., 8-hour shifts) in formal attire.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of first aid, surveillance, and loss prevention to deter potential threats.
