Part of the Entrance Screening Division, the Security Supervisor 1 is responsible for supervising a team of security officers and guest services attendants who conduct entrance screening at designated locations. The Security Supervisor 1 ensures that security screening procedures are effectively implemented, coordinates staff schedules, provides training and guidance, and handles escalated security issues. This role requires strong leadership, a thorough understanding of security screening technology and procedures, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.

Full Time Position, Hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 7:00pm-7:30am with a 4-Shift during the week.

Education Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

• Valid PA Driver’s License
• IAHSS Basic Level Certification (CHSO) – Must be obtained within 6 months of hire/placement
• IAHSS Advanced Level Certification (CAHSO) – Must be obtained within 12 months of hire/placement
• IAHSS Supervisor Level Certification (CHSS) – Must be obtained within 18 months of hire/placement
