Security Officer (Part-time)

Responsible for the safety and security of the hospital’s patients, employees and visitors. Prevents or detects and reports fire, theft, vandalism and/or illegal entry. Greets patients, visitors, and staff as they enter/exit the Hospital. Enforces hospital visitation policies as appropriate. Acts as a deterrent to those inappropriately attempting to enter hospital.

The shift schedule is Friday-Monday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience

1 year experience in security/law enforcement/public safety Required

Licenses

Drivers License Required

Act 235 Lethal Weapons Train Preferred
