We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Previous experience as a front desk agent or in customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices is essential.
