Armed Security Guard

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a medical facility. We have Full-time and part-time roles and are ideal for professionals with a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professionalism in a healthcare environment. Candidates must be physically capable, tactically aware, and ready to respond with discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure presence throughout the facility during assigned shifts
• Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents as needed
• Ensure safety of staff, patients, and visitors while upholding facility protocols
• Stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) while maintaining situational awareness
• Communicate effectively with team members and facility personnel
• Be available to fill in for additional shifts when needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Real ID or U.S. Passport

ACT 235 required

Minimum 2 years of professional security experience

Ability to stand and remain alert for 6–8 hours per shift

Reliable transportation to and from work site

Active cellular device with service for communication and coordination

No criminal record of any kind—background checks will be strictly enforced

Open availability is a strong advantage

Pay: $23.60 per hour
