Residential Security Guard Philadelphia PA

Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
– Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
– Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or security breaches
– Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance
– Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients
– Conduct regular inspections of access points, equipment, and facilities
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
– Valid security guard certificate/license
– First aid and CPR certification preferred
– Previous experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or law enforcement is a plus
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies
