You will conduct routine patrols of lobbies, offices, and exterior areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to branch staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate status updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual activity, and report maintenance, hazards, and/or security-related concerns according to post orders.
• Complete shift activity reports, incident documentation, and required logs, and assist law enforcement and/or emergency responders when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
