As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and service needs with clear communication and customer-focused support. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, logging visitors and contractors, and directing deliveries and drivers according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate notable events to supervisors and site contacts using approved communication methods.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
