Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dependable BOUNCER/SECURITY personnel to uphold safety and security at our venue. This role demands a vigilant, approachable, and disciplined individual who can effectively manage crowd control, enforce rules, and respond swiftly to any incidents. As a key protector of our guests and staff, you will ensure a secure environment where everyone can enjoy their experience confidently. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits to control access, verifying IDs and guest lists as needed
• Conduct thorough inspections of individuals entering the premises to prevent unauthorized items or behaviors
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to deter disruptive behavior and ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly and effectively to conflicts or disturbances, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations
• Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activity across the venue and identify potential security threats
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents, providing clear communication and support
• Enforce venue policies consistently while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or other emergency response procedures is preferred
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control devices
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations professionally and responsibly
