Position Summary

The Security Officers will be responsible for patrolling club premises to detect potential security and safety hazards. This includes supporting other department activities to ensure the highest level of member, guest and employee service. If you have excellent observation skills, strong conflict management abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of others, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazard.

· Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.

· Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.

· Assist employees, members, and guests promptly, professionally, and courteously.

· Be knowledgeable of emergency contacts and procedures in the event of medical or other crisis situations

· Enforce club policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure compliance.

· Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.

· Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

· Assist members and guests with door lock issues, lost-and-found inquiries, and malfunctioning guestroom safes.

· Perform other duties as requested

Candidate Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid security certificate or license.

· First aid, CPR and AED certification.

· Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrate the ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure and sensitive situations.

· Strong conflict management skills.

· Maintain professional grooming standards.

· Possession of an F-03 Fire Guard Certificate of Fitness is preferred but not required.

· Prior hospitality/concierge experience preferred.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Prepared to work flexible hours including overnight nights and weekends and all holidays.

· Must have strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

· Have excellent communication and customer service skills
