Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Immediately respond to emergencies & provide necessary assistance
- Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations
- Standing, patrols, access control, log books and incident reports
Qualifications and Skills
- A valid NYS Security License – Required
- FDNY F89 or F85 or Z89 – Required
- Experience in Fire Drills and Security Patrols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of giving and following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- High School diploma/GED recommended
