What We Offer

• $50 Guaranteed Monthly Retainer – Receive $50/month regardless of whether an on-call assignment is needed during that month.
• Competitive Hourly Pay – Earn $23 per hour for assigned shifts, depending on experience and assignment.
• Additional Earnings – Hourly compensation for assigned shifts is paid on top of the monthly retainer.
• Weekly Pay
• Additional Shift Opportunities – Pick up additional shifts as assignments become available, subject to scheduling and operational needs.

Minimum Shift Commitment

• Commit to working at least four (4) 12-hour shifts per month.
• Be available and responsive when contacted for assignments.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all confirmed shifts.

This is a part-time/on-call position. Additional shifts are not guaranteed and depend on client requirements and assignment availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Complete accurate incident, accident, and daily activity reports.
• Enforce site rules and security procedures.
• Work professionally with clients, visitors, and law enforcement when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

You must already have the following (no exceptions—we will verify before your start date):

• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Previous security guard experience.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
