Security Guard position

Job Overview

We are seeking NYS Licensed Security Guards to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing loss, and ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property. Your keen eye for surveillance, strong conflict management skills, and ability to respond swiftly to emergencies will be essential in maintaining a secure atmosphere.

Duties

• Respond promptly to incidents by managing conflicts professionally and utilizing de-escalation techniques
• Execute heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when required for security equipment or emergency situations
• Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies by providing detailed reports and support
• Conduct loss prevention activities through vigilant monitoring and proactive intervention to deter theft or vandalism

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures is essential
