Security Officer

SHIFTS: Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 9:45am – 8:30pm

Duties

• Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication
• Enforce safety policies and conduct conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations

Skills

• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and conflict management techniques
• Background in security, military service, or law enforcement is highly advantageous
• Excellent observation skills with attention to detail for loss prevention efforts
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining high integrity
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency personnel
