Royce – US Protection Service is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Security Officer(s) to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

DUTIES:
– Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
– Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
– VALID NYS GUARD LICENSE
– Strong conflict management skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
