School Security Guard – High School Campus

Job Description:
We are hiring a professional and experienced security guard for a high school campus in Neptune, NJ. Candidates must be dependable, respectful, and capable of working with high school students, staff, and families in a school setting.

Start Date: March 24th, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist with student arrival and dismissal
• Patrol hallways to ensure student safety and proper conduct
• Supervise students during lunch periods
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, families, and staff
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations
• Support school administrators with safety-related duties

Requirements:

• Valid SORA license required
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Experience in a school environment is strongly preferred
• Ability to work well with teenagers

Schedule:

• 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary: $19 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
