Duties

• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or potential threats.
• Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises to ensure safety standards are maintained and identify hazards or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately for future reference and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) operation and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Background in military or security services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols.
