IronRock Security is currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to work at a residential development. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and property.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the development to ensure safety and security
• Control access to the property and verify visitors as needed
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies professionally
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and guests

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey SORA License (required)
• Prior security experience preferred (residential or gatehouse experience a plus)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

HOURS

weekend shifts Saturday and Sundays

• 7am-3pm
• 7:30am-3:30pm
• 3pm-11pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 23 per week
