IronRock Security is currently seeking reliable and professional Floater Security Guards to join our growing team. This position is ideal for guards who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable working at multiple locations as staffing needs arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a strong security presence at assigned locations
• Monitor premises and conduct routine patrols
• Respond to incidents and maintain detailed reports
• Enforce site policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Fill open shifts and provide coverage for call-outs or scheduling needs

Requirements

• Valid NJ SORA License (Required)
• Reliable transportation (multiple site assignments)
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, overnight, weekends as needed)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Prior security experience preferred but not required
