SECURITY GUARD – CLUB BOUNCER

Overview
Security company is looking for security guards to work as bouncers in nightclubs. Shift are primarily Fridays and Saturday with other days available for the right candidate. All shifts are night shifts, usually starting between 8pm-10pm and ending between 4am-5am.

Duties

• Monitor entry points and control access for guests, staff, and vendors to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct thorough inspections of patrons and staff to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.
• Searching individuals.
• Checking IDs visually and by using scanners.
• Physically removing disorderly and intoxicated individuals.

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• MUST have a valid NYS security guard license (no exceptions, no excuses). Please do not apply if, instead of a valid license, you have a story. We do not accept stories or explanations; you either have a license or you do not.
• Male candidates must be at least 6 feet tall and of appropriate physique (I do not care that you are a boxer or fighter).
• Must be willing to physically remove individuals (If you believe that you should not touch people, this job is not for you).

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
