Per Diem Security Guard — All Shifts

Guardian Consulting is hiring dependable, professional Security Guards for per diem assignments. We are hiring for all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

This position is ideal for security professionals seeking supplemental income and flexible, as-needed work. Assignments depend on client needs and your availability; hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Monitor entrances, verify credentials, and manage access.
• Conduct patrols and report safety or security concerns.
• Follow site-specific post orders and emergency procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports and activity logs.
• Assist clients, visitors, and staff courteously.
• Arrive on time and ready for each accepted assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard Registration.
• Current required security guard training.
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to assignments.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Schedule and Availability

We are seeking candidates for daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. Please include the shifts and days you are available when applying.
