Estelle’s is a 37,000-square-foot retail store, specializing in dresses for a variety of occasions, including Prom, Bridal, Sweet 16/Quinceañera, Mother of the Bride/Groom, Cocktail, and more. Estelle’s is seeking a Bridal Sales Associate and Assistant Manager. The Job Description is as follows:

– Assist with fulfilling in store orders for customers through vendors.

-Answer phone calls regarding order status updates for customers.

– Answer phones, write out orders, inquire about product availability, and answer customer questions and concerns.

– Assist customers on the sales floor in finding their Bridal Gown.

– Handle customer concerns and disputes, direct them to appropriate personnel, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
