TV & Film Production Security

JOB SUMMARY:
Diamond Touch Security (DTS) is immediately hiring experienced and licensed Security Officers for an upcoming TV & Film Production in the local New Jersey area starting in early March 2026.

In this role, you will oversee security protocols on set and in production areas, safeguard valuable equipment and intellectual property, and coordinate with production crews to maintain a smooth and incident-free filming process. Your proactive approach will help create a secure atmosphere that fosters creativity and productivity while protecting personnel and assets.

We have full-time seasonal, part-time, and on-call positions available. The work schedule includes weekdays, weekends, days, evenings, and overnights as needed, with many shifts lasting up to 12 hours or more.

DUTIES:

• Provide security support during all production and filming operations.
• Adjust security measures as needed in response to heightened threats or areas of particular importance.
• Ensure a safe environment at the production office, Basecamp, production trailers, and other important designated locations.
• Monitor and watch over equipment and vehicles as necessary.
• Implement access control to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed on set, utilizing visual recognition and credential verification.
• Monitor secure areas, manage entry points for cast, crew, vendors, and visitors by confirming credentials and issuing passes when necessary.
• Identify and inform production management of potential risks and areas of concern.
• Assess risk factors at remote locations and advise on the best course of action when dangerous conditions are identified.
• Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor, remaining attentive and proactive while on duty.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and be vigilant in addressing potential issues.
• Intervene in situations that may escalate while using the lowest level of force necessary.
• Maintain set integrity by managing access control and ensuring safe passage of pedestrians when feasible.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
• Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid SORA card.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and age 21+.
• Ideally have 2+ years of security experience; TV & Film Production a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to various local film locations as necessary.
• Must be able to work long hours, days, or nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Flexibility is key, and shifts may fluctuate slightly due to production filling scheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Must be reliable, dependable, consistent, and have the ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality.
• Must adhere to professional dress code (all black attire).
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings satisfactorily.
