We have a new opportunity for a Part-Time Security Officer! Working overnight Monday and Tuesday. This position is part-time 23 hours/week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:pm-7:30-am…offering $10-$20/hour. Paid Time off, Holidays and Sick Time available!
Essential Duties
- Maintain daily log with hourly notations
- Ensure visitors sign in and leave picture identification
- Assist residents with maintenance concerns; complete work orders and give to maintenance department
- Contact appropriate individuals for emergencies
- Assist governmental agencies (fire, police) as needed.
Understanding of fire Alarm systems, emergency call systems, entrance doors, gates, telephone system, and paging systems.
