Concierge/Security Officer- BRONX

City Safe Partners is seeking professional Concierge/Security Officers to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.This role requires individuals who are professional, reliable, observant, and customer-service oriented. You will interact daily with visitors, building management, and residents, and serve as a key representative of our security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, residents, and visitors
• Monitor building entrances and control access to the property
• Enforce all site-specific policies and procedures
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, promptly, and professionally
• Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious behavior, or policy violations
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
• Maintain a strong, visible, and professional security presence
• 
  Minimum Requirements
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (Required)
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• 
  Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to conduct routine patrols throughout the property
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required
