<Responsibilities>

• Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, employing conflict management techniques and first aid procedures when necessary.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff, controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement, with a strong understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention methods.
• Background in military or law enforcement service is advantageous.
• Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness.
