Security Account Manager ( Education Sector )

We are seeking an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee and enhance our security services for schools and educational institutions. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our company and school clients, ensuring their campuses remain safe, compliant, and well-managed.

Salary: 60k-65k

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain security contracts for K-12 education clients in NY/NJ.
• Develop and implement tailored security strategies for school environments.
• Lead, train, and support on-site security teams.
• Conduct safety assessments and recommend improvements.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of school safety protocols and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

• 2+ Years of Managment experience or equivalent

• Must possess a state or federal government issued ID

• Must possess valid security guard licensing

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiar with scheduling, payroll, and billing software

• Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and staff

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This position may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. It involves standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting. Some positions may also require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for extended periods.
